Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing continues to enhance our depth of capabilities in the areas of Quality, Swiss machining and Customer Service. We are proud to announce three new hires to our team.

Melissa Hartman, Quality Technician

Melissa brings experience as a quality inspector and supervisor working on a variety of projects with multiple customers in the automotive industry. Her new role will support quality both inside and outside of the CMM lab to ensure that we continue to maintain our high quality standards as we serve a growing list of new customers.

Nick Ballentine, Swiss Production Supervisor

Nick joins Rathburn as our new Swiss Production Supervisor with more than 20 years of experience in CNC machining. Nick will be responsible for overseeing our expanding Swiss production machining operations as well as training staff and refining our Swiss machining, quality, and material handling processes.

Mary Aldrich, Office Manager

Mary joins Rathburn with experience in customer service, shipping, accounting and sales support. As Office Manager, Mary will not only enhance our ability to support our customers, but will also leverage her broad experience to ensure both front office and shop floor support runs smoothly to make sure we maintain our excellent on-time delivery history.
