Rathburn Tool & Manufacturing is proud to celebrate Eric Dunn’s five-year anniversary with the company.

Over his time with Rathburn Tool, Eric has grown in his expertise as a CNC machinist, working on a variety of highly technical work. Eric leverages his in-depth knowledge of machining, quality, customer requirements and prior experience in a variety of maintenance roles to lead all of our maintenance efforts.

Eric serves as a key participant on the Management team as he ensures that our 30+ CNC machines are maintained to the highest standards. Eric demonstrates a high level of expertise in machining and maintenance every day, and implements continuous improvement of current work while developing creative solutions for new customers.

Eric regularly demonstrates our core value of “Proactively Solve Problems” as he dives into the myriad challenges of maintaining production in a growing precision metalworks machining business.
